Can I try HR & Payroll before committing?

Yes! Both Standard and Premium plans include a free trial so you can explore all features before making a decision. No credit card required to start.

What does the per-employee fee cover?

The $1/month per-employee fee covers payroll processing for each active employee, including tax calculations, pay stub generation, and direct deposit for that employee.

Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect in the next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you handle year-end tax filing?

Yes. Both Standard and Premium plans include T4/T4A slip generation. Premium adds electronic filing with CRA and RL slip support for Quebec employees.

What support is included?

Standard includes email support. Premium includes priority phone and email support. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager and 24/7 priority support.
